FELICITA

Tomato Felicita is an early-maturing hybrid designed for cultivation in plastic greenhouses and open ground, especially in southern regions. The plant is semi-determinate, strong, reaching heights of 1 to 1.3 meters, requiring regular pinching and staking for proper shaping and support. Each cluster forms 5 to 7 fruits, contributing to high yield and intensive fruiting.

The fruits of tomato Felicita are round, dense, and smooth, with red coloring when ripe and light green when immature. Fruit weight varies from 84–96 g to 130–150 g, sometimes reaching 250 g. The taste qualities of the fruits are good, making this tomato versatile for various culinary uses, suitable for salads as well as other applications. The yield of marketable fruits in open ground can reach up to 12 kg per square meter.

The hybrid is highly resistant to tobacco mosaic virus and resilient to diseases such as alternaria and fusarium. Additionally, the fruits exhibit high marketability and good transportability, making this variety attractive for commercial cultivation. The plant’s heat tolerance allows successful cultivation under elevated temperatures, ensuring a stable and prolonged fruiting period.
