FATALIST

Tomato Fatalist is a medium-early indeterminate hybrid with a period from germination to fruiting of about 111-113 days. Plants are strong-growing, weakly branching, with an open habit, forming compact inflorescences with 5-6 fruits. The first flower is formed above the 8th-9th leaf, and subsequent flowers appear every three leaves. For cultivation, seedlings should be sown in mid-to-late March, with transplanting in the first or second true leaf stage, and planting in greenhouses or open ground should be conducted in May-June. Plants form single stems requiring mandatory support and regular care, including watering, weeding, loosening, and feeding. Tomato Fatalist fruits have a flat-round shape, smooth surface with a small depression at the top, and bright red color upon ripening. The weight of one fruit ranges from 120 to 160 grams. The skin is thin and tender, the flesh juicy and tasty, making this variety suitable for both fresh salads and canning or pickling. The tomatoes exhibit increased resistance to cracking and blossom end rot, significantly improving crop quality. The hybrid is characterized by high yield — up to 6 kg per plant or 38-40 kg per square meter. It is resistant to major tomato diseases such as tobacco mosaic virus, cladosporiosis, and fusarium, ensuring stable fruiting and reducing the risk of losses. Due to its characteristics and agronomic requirements, Fatalist is an excellent choice for cultivation in film and winter greenhouses, as well as in open ground during warm seasons.
