Tomato Dukoveri F1 is a medium-early indeterminate hybrid intended for cultivation in film greenhouses. The plant is tall, strong, and plastic, with good leafiness and simple inflorescence. This variety is characterized by high productivity and resistance to a range of diseases, including tobacco mosaic virus, fusarium, and others, ensuring a stable yield even under adverse conditions.
The fruits of tomato Dukoveri are large, flat-round, red with a glossy finish, weighing from 210 to 320 grams. They have a dense structure, high resistance to cracking, and good storability — up to 13–18 days. The flavor is excellent, making them popular for fresh markets and salad use. Harvesting is done individually, facilitating the harvesting process.
For successful cultivation of this variety, light culture and generative plant management are recommended. The optimal planting density is 2.7–3.2 stems per square meter. To accelerate fruit ripening, it is beneficial to increase potassium content in the nutrient solution. Despite high resistance to most diseases, the variety may require grafting due to insufficient resistance to verticillium. Dukoveri features early yield, good fruit set even under low light conditions, and high marketability, making it attractive for commercial cultivation.
