Tomato CREAM CAKE

Tomato variety "Cream Cake" is a tall indeterminate plant reaching 1.4 to 1.5 meters in height, with high yield and medium maturity period of about 110-115 days. The plants have medium-thick stems and simple leaves; it is recommended to form the bush into two stems for optimal growth. This variety performs well under various weather conditions, demonstrating stress resistance and resistance to fungal and viral diseases, making it suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in plastic greenhouses. The "Cream Cake" tomato fruits are large, flat-round, weighing from 300 to 700 grams, often slightly ribbed with full cheeks, giving them a distinctive steak-like appearance. Their color is predominantly light yellow with a green spot near the stem, which disappears upon full ripening, as well as pink-neon streaks and blurs on the skin. A dark pink spot often appears in the center of the fruit. The flesh is yellow-pink, juicy and meaty, distinguished by incredible sweetness with pronounced fruity and citrus notes, giving the flavor richness and originality. The "Cream Cake" variety is intended for fresh consumption and juice production due to its high marketability and yield, reaching 19-19.3 kg per square meter. Its large, juicy fruits are ideal for various culinary purposes, and its disease resistance and adaptability make this tomato an attractive choice for gardeners and farmers seeking a high-quality and flavorful harvest.
