Tomato BIM BOM is a medium-maturing, tall hybrid with a period from germination to fruiting of 112-115 days. The plant is indeterminate, reaches a height of more than 2 meters, and forms a long cluster consisting of 6-10 dense, heavy fruits weighing 120-130 grams. The flesh of the tomatoes is juicy and sweet, with a high content of beneficial substances, making them an excellent choice for salads and canning.
The hybrid is characterized by high productivity and resistance to unfavorable growing conditions, including high temperatures. The yield of marketable fruits can reach up to 8.5 kg per square meter. For obtaining a high-quality harvest, it is recommended to sow seedlings in late February – early March, with transplanting in the phase of the first true leaf. Seedlings are transplanted into greenhouses in late April – early May.
Special attention is paid to agronomy: plants must be staked a few days after transplanting, formed into a single stem, with all suckers and lower leaves removed, and the growth point pinched off at the end of the vegetation period. The planting scheme is 40x60 cm. Fruits are harvested as they ripen, allowing for fresh and tasty tomatoes throughout the season.
