Tomato BELLANDIN

Reliable Yields of Large-Fruited Tomatoes

French breeding by Clause consistently focuses on fruit quality and plant performance. The indeterminate hybrid Bellandin is designed for those who refuse to compromise between fruit size and disease resistance. With a fruit weight exceeding 200 grams, this tomato maintains a perfect spherical shape and firmness, which is rare for large-fruited varieties.

Key Advantages of the Hybrid

• Comprehensive Immunity. Bellandin eliminates the need for constant fungicidal treatments. Genetic resistance to Cladosporium, Fusarium and Verticillium wilts, as well as Tomato Mosaic Virus, allows the plant to direct all its energy toward fruit development rather than fighting pathogens.
• Predictable Maturity. A growing cycle of up to 90 days makes it an excellent choice for early to mid-season production. The plant responds well to intensive feeding and requires proper support and pruning, given its significant fruit-setting potential.
• Commercial Appeal. The deep red color and uniformity of the fruits make this hybrid a favorite in the fresh produce market. The thick skin prevents cracking, which is critical for long-distance transport.

Who Is Bellandin For?

This variety is an optimal solution for professional farms specializing in greenhouse or intensive open-field cultivation. It requires careful plant management, but it more than compensates for the effort through high-quality, market-ready yields. Bellandin is a tool for those driven by results: producing large, attractive, and healthy tomatoes in a tight timeframe.
