Apolloget

Tomato Apolloget is a determinate variety with a plant height of 60-70 cm and a vegetation period of 115-120 days. The fruits are round, dense, and have a rich red color without spots near the stem. The weight of one tomato ranges from 230 to 300 grams. The variety is heat-tolerant and versatile in use: fruits are suitable for fresh consumption as well as for canning and pickling.

Tomato Apolloget can be grown both as seedlings and by direct sowing into open ground. Seeds are sown for seedlings from March 1 to March 10, and transplanting to the final location is carried out in the second decade of May according to the 50x50 cm scheme. The optimal temperature for seed germination is +12-13°C, and for plant development — +22-27°C. Seedlings are recommended to be transplanted at the age of 50-60 days with a density of 6-9 plants per square meter. For successful growth, tomato responds well to organic and mineral fertilizers and requires sufficient light.

Cultivation techniques include choosing appropriate preceding crops: the best are legumes, cucurbits, root vegetables, and leafy greens. However, it is not recommended to plant tomato Apolloget after potatoes, peppers, eggplants, or physalis. The yield of this variety reaches 650-780 centners per hectare, making it attractive for cultivation in open ground.
