WHITE DROPS is a tobacco variety characterized by distinctive white flowers, known for its rich aroma and pleasant sweet note. The plant features compact growth: erect and bushy stems reach 60–70 cm in height, with small lanceolate leaves. The flowers have a tubular shape up to 8 cm long, colored lilac-white, gathered in lush succulent inflorescences at the ends of shoots. Flowering occurs from June to September, with blooms opening only at dusk or on cloudy days.
The variety is distinguished by high yield and the ability to self-seed, making it convenient to grow both in open ground and containers. For sowing, seedlings are typically used: seeds are sown in spring in boxes on the soil surface without covering. Early spring and winter sowing give good results, with sprouts appearing just 10–12 days after sowing. After the end of spring frosts, plants are transplanted into open ground with a distance of 20–30 cm between bushes.
WHITE DROPS easily adapt to sunny conditions and do not require special care, making them a popular choice for decorating flower beds, borders, and alpine slides. Thanks to their long and abundant flowering, they attract attention in both garden ensembles and indoor conditions, where they can be grown in pots on a bright windowsill. This plant is suitable for use in various decorative compositions and groups, and can also serve as an ornament when creating living walls.
