Maize Sweet Image F1

Optimized for Fresh Market Success

Sweet Image F1 is a top-tier choice for growers focusing on the fresh produce segment. As an SH2 super-sweet variety, it is engineered for exceptional taste and consistent shelf-life, which are critical parameters for modern supply chains and retail distribution.

Field Performance and Plant Architecture

With an average plant height of 170–180 cm, the hybrid exhibits manageable growth that fits well into standard mechanized cultivation practices. To ensure optimal ear size and kernel filling, a planting density of 60,000 to 65,000 plants per hectare is highly recommended. This spacing prevents overcrowding, allowing each plant to maximize its photosynthetic potential within a 75–80 day maturity window.

Key Specifications for Commercial Growers

• Ear Length: 20–22 cm, meeting the industry demand for consistent sizing.
• Kernel Configuration: 14–16 uniform rows, providing excellent cob filling and visual appeal.
• Endosperm Type: SH2 (Super-Sweet), ensuring the sugar levels remain stable for an extended harvest period.

Sweet Image F1 is favored by commercial farms that require high yields and high marketability. The protective husk cover and robust cob structure make this hybrid reliable for logistical operations, ensuring that the corn reaches the end consumer in prime condition without sugar degradation or physical damage during shipping.
