Sunflower VN 2502 B

Strength and Stability: The VН 2502 V Hybrid Advantage

For farmers operating in regions with significant disease pressure, selecting the right sunflower hybrid is a matter of strategic efficiency. The VН 2502 V hybrid, developed by NPO Galaktika, is engineered for those who prioritize intensive farming practices and reliable crop protection.

Why choose the VН 2502 V?

• Advanced Herbicide Resistance: Fully compatible with the 'Euro-Lighting' (Clearfield) system, this hybrid allows for effortless control of broad-spectrum weeds and broomrape, ensuring the crop has zero competition during critical growth stages.
• Superior Disease Resistance: Built-in genetic resilience against white rot, rust, phomopsis, and powdery mildew significantly reduces the need for frequent fungicide applications, optimizing operational costs.
• Balanced Lifecycle: With a vegetation period of 110-120 days, it is perfectly positioned for standard production zones, allowing for timely harvest cycles before autumn weather patterns set in.

Standing at 160-170 cm, the plant architecture is optimized for mechanical harvesting, providing stability and low loss rates. Its strong root system enhances performance even under conditions of temporary moisture stress. The VН 2502 V is an ideal fit for producers who demand a balance between predictable yield and low-maintenance management. By combining herbicide tolerance with a robust disease-fighting profile, it turns the challenges of weed and disease control into a streamlined, manageable process.
