Description PR64E71
Pioneer PR64E71 sunflower is a high-quality mid-season hybrid successfully grown in all climatic zones of Ukraine. The vegetation period is about 124 days, allowing the seeds to fully mature. This hybrid features a strong root system, providing high drought and lodging resistance, which significantly enhances yield stability even under adverse weather conditions.

PR64E71 plants are tall with dark green leaves and large, oval-shaped heads well-filled with medium-sized seeds. The 1000-seed mass ranges from 55 to 65 grams, and the oil content in the seeds reaches 49%, making this hybrid particularly valuable for oil production. The hybrid possesses genetic resistance to major diseases such as race 304 of powdery mildew, frogeye leaf spot, and race of downy mildew, reducing the need for intensive chemical protection and simplifying crop care.

To achieve maximum yield, it is recommended to maintain optimal planting density, which depends on soil moisture levels: up to 50,000 plants per hectare in areas with insufficient moisture and up to 55,000 plants per hectare in areas with adequate moisture. Due to its agronomic characteristics and high productivity, the PR64E71 hybrid is widely used for large-scale cultivation aimed at producing high-quality oil and seeds.
