• Downy Mildew Resistance: Particular focus was placed on resistance to Peronospora, which is critical in high-humidity regions. It also demonstrates resistance to specific fungal threats, including sorghum and corn downy mildew.
• Rust Resistance: The plant maintains high photosynthetic activity throughout the vegetation cycle, effectively resisting various rust pathogens.
