LG5633 CL

Sunflower LG5633 CL is a mid-early, high-yielding hybrid developed by Limagrain for cultivation using Clearfield® technology. This hybrid exhibits high tolerance to the herbicide Euro-Lightning and exceptional tolerance to downy mildew races A-E, ensuring reliable plant protection under high disease risk. Plants are medium-height, approximately 155 cm tall, and characterized by vigorous vegetative growth and a well-developed root system at early vegetative stages, contributing to their resistance to lodging and drought. LG5633 CL seeds have a mass of 72 grams per thousand and a seed basket diameter of about 16.8 cm, providing good yield potential up to 50 centners per hectare. The hybrid’s oil content reaches 48-50%, making it attractive for oil production. Seeds are treated with a fungicidal protectant, further safeguarding crops against diseases. The hybrid demonstrates high resistance to major sunflower diseases, including white mold, black mold, dry rot, false powdery mildew, fomosis, and fomopsis, significantly reducing the risk of yield loss. LG5633 CL exhibits high tolerance to various growing conditions and is suitable for intensive cultivation technologies. Thanks to its high energy level of initial growth and adaptability to stress factors, this hybrid is recommended for cultivation across all of Ukraine.
