Sunflower EDM 724

Working with EDM 724 Sunflower

The EDM 724, produced by Ooo Aktiv Agro, fits this need perfectly, especially for those using the Clearfield (Euro-Lightning) system.

Agronomic Performance

The EDM 724 features a growing period of 105–110 days, making it a reliable choice for regions with moderate climate conditions. The heads are large and well-filled with solid black seeds.

Yield and Oil Content

The oil content consistently stays between 48–52%, which is a strong competitive figure. The hybrid is quite responsive to standard fertilization programs, making it easy to manage for both small and large-scale operations.

• Herbicide Tolerance: Fully compatible with Clearfield (Euro-Lightning) chemistry.
• Harvest Efficiency: Consistent height and sturdy stalks ensure clean cuts with minimal waste.
• Seed Quality: High oil content (48–52%) ensures better pricing at the elevator.

Overall, the EDM 724 is a solid, workhorse hybrid. It doesn't require specialized machinery adjustments, making it a great choice for operators who prefer efficiency and stable results over complex maintenance requirements.
