AS 33 110 is a mid-early sunflower hybrid (Helianthus annuus L.) with classical cultivation technology and high-oleic oil composition. The plant is of medium height, about 160 cm, without branching, with green leaves of medium blistering and serration. The florets are ligulate yellow and fusiform, the tubular florets are orange, the head is semi-downward-facing, the seeds are narrowly egg-shaped with a black base color and weakly expressed gray stripes. The mass of 1000 seeds is about 72.8 g.
The hybrid is characterized by high drought tolerance and moderate resistance to white mold and powdery mildew, as well as genetic resistance to sunflower gall midge, races A-E. The vegetation period is about 113 days, corresponding to a mid-early maturity period. Average yields in various regions vary from 19.7 to 22.6 c/ha, with maximum figures up to 34.8 c/ha, indicating high productivity of the hybrid under optimal conditions.
AS 33 110 is recommended for cultivation in regions with a temperate climate, such as the West Siberian region, Altai Krai, Omsk region, and Krasnodar Krai. The recommended sowing rate is 55-60 thousand seeds per hectare. High oil content in seeds - from 48.4% to 50.6% - ensures the production of high-quality oil with a high yield, making this hybrid attractive for agricultural production and processing.
