Sunflower 7 PUXD 10 A is an ultra-early hybrid developed by Serbian selection, designed for efficient cultivation under the herbicide Granstar using tribenuron-methyl. This hybrid is characterized by high yield, reaching up to 5.0-5.5 t/ha, and high oil content in seeds ranging from 50-53%, providing additional economic benefit during processing. The vegetation period is approximately 90-107 days, enabling earlier harvest and planning for subsequent crops. Plants have a medium height ranging from 145 to 175 cm, making them suitable for mechanical harvesting.

Hybrid 7 PUXD 10 A exhibits high resistance to 7+ races of downy mildew (A–G+), significantly reducing yield losses on fields with high levels of this pathogen. Additionally, it demonstrates resistance to major sunflower diseases, including false powdery mildew, white and gray rot, rust, fomopsis, fomosis, alternaria, septoria, and charcoal rot. High tolerance to diseases and pests allows this hybrid to be grown under various climatic conditions, including regions with severe phytosanitary situations.

Special attention is paid to drought resistance and resistance to lodging, ensured by a strong root system and adaptation to water deficiency. The recommended planting density varies depending on growing conditions: 55-60 thousand plants per hectare under normal conditions and 45-50 thousand in dry regions. For improved planting efficiency and seed protection, it is recommended to treat with Maxim 035 and the growth stimulant Evrostim.
