The hybrid rapeseed PT234 is an early-maturing, tall variety with high and stable yield, adapted for cultivation in all rapeseed-growing regions of Ukraine. It features good winter hardiness and resistance to lodging due to its strong stem and robust root system, ensuring reliable harvest even under adverse climatic conditions. Plant height reaches approximately 159 cm, promoting effective growth and yield formation.

PT234 exhibits high resistance to shattering and phomopsis, reducing seed loss during harvest and enhancing product quality. Its rapid maturation allows for optimized use of harvesting equipment, shortening harvest periods and minimizing risks associated with adverse weather conditions, including late frosts. This makes the hybrid especially valuable for areas prone to late frosts.

Recommended sowing dates for the PT234 hybrid range from early to late, with an optimal seeding rate of 50-55 seeds per square meter for late sowings. For early sowings, plant growth regulators may be applied to prevent excessive plant growth and reduce winter hardiness.
