REGULAR CYLINDER

Mid-early variety, vegetation period 95-125 days. Root crops cylindrical in shape, 3/4 buried in soil, smooth, shiny skin. Compact leaf rosette. Flesh dark burgundy, free of ringed texture, very tender. Suitable for direct consumption and storage, as well as for processing in the canning industry.

Variety's value: high dry matter, sugar, and betanin content, excellent taste, good yield (70-90 t/ha), excellent drought tolerance.
