A Reliable Choice for Commercial Floriculture

The 'Prazdnik' stock (Matthiola) variety, developed by the 'Kapris' farm, is a specialized cultivar designed for both container production and professional landscaping. Unlike tall cutting varieties, 'Prazdnik' is recognized for its manageable, compact habit, making it a perfect candidate for pot plant programs.

Practical Cultivation and Field Application

Commercial growers aiming for maximum efficiency typically follow a planting density of 20–25 plants per square meter. This density is calculated to ensure a uniform floral display that covers the substrate surface effectively, reducing weed competition and maintaining soil moisture balance in landscape settings.

• Container Production: The variety thrives in a controlled environment, offering consistent growth rates and high-quality aesthetic appeal, which is essential for retail market readiness.
• Landscape Integration: Its signature pink flowers serve as a strong visual element for municipal flower beds, borders, and residential displays where a dense, consistent bloom is required.

Developed under the expertise of Vyacheslav Vasilyevich Shepelev at the 'Kapris' farm, this variety offers reliable performance. By focusing on essential horticultural traits, the 'Prazdnik' stock helps reduce labor intensity while ensuring the visual impact required for high-end landscape projects.
