NS Imisun — a hybrid sunflower developed by the Institute 'Novi Sad' in Serbia. This mid-early maturing variety ripens in 110-112 days and features a strong root system and sturdy stems, ensuring high adaptability to various soil-climatic conditions, including drought-prone regions of Ukraine. The hybrid is suitable for intensive cultivation with stimulants and fertilizers, as well as for Euro-lighting technology, expanding agronomic options.
NS Imisun exhibits high resistance to several diseases, including fusarium, downy mildew, rust, white mold, and sunflower moth. Additionally, the variety is resistant to five strains of ragweed and can be treated with imidazolinone herbicides using Clearfield technology, significantly simplifying weed control. Its robust root system and stress tolerance make this hybrid one of the leaders in drought resistance.
The yield of NS Imisun reaches 55 centners per hectare, with large, black seeds having a corolla diameter of 200-230 mm. The oil content in the seeds is 45-50%, and protein content is approximately 18%. The high oil and protein content makes this hybrid attractive for producing high-quality sunflower oil. The product is supplied directly from the manufacturer with full documentation, guaranteeing 100% originality and high quality of the seeds.
