Description GRENOBLE
Grenoble is a medium-maturity leaf lettuce of French origin, belonging to the Batavia sortotype. The plant forms a large, semi-erect rosette of leaves, about 15 cm high and up to 25 cm in diameter, with a mass of up to 220 g. The lettuce leaves have a characteristic two-tone coloration: green with pink-red edges, weakly blistered and wavy at the edges. The leaf texture is oily and crisp, giving the salad an excellent sweet taste and making it particularly appealing for preparing fresh salads and appetizers.

The Grenoble variety is valued for its unpretentiousness and resistance to unfavorable conditions, including cold hardiness and resistance to bolting. Thanks to these qualities, the lettuce is successfully grown in open ground and under film cover in various regions. The yield of green mass reaches up to 2.5 kg per square meter, making it a productive choice for gardeners and horticulturists.

In addition to taste and agronomic advantages, Grenoble lettuce is a source of fresh plant fiber and useful microelements, which helps maintain health and is suitable for dietary nutrition, including for those wishing to lose weight. Its decorative appearance with bright two-tone leaf coloration also makes the variety attractive for garden bed and backyard landscaping.
