Rose SCH01626SCH01626 / SCH01626

Strategic choice for professional cut flower production

The SKH01626 hybrid, developed by the Dutch breeder Piet Schreurs Holding, represents a highly specialized solution for commercial rose cultivation. The variety is engineered to meet the stringent demands of greenhouse production, offering reliable yield cycles and exceptional aesthetic appeal.

Application and Field Performance

This variety excels in two primary domains: commercial cut flower trade and decorative landscaping. Its cup-shaped, semi-double blooms offer a distinct look that is highly sought after by florists for both mono-bouquets and elaborate floral arrangements.

• Commercial Cut Flower: Due to its petal structure, the variety maintains excellent shelf life and durability during transport, effectively reducing post-harvest losses.
• Landscaping: In garden settings, the vibrant yellow color provides a striking visual impact, making it an ideal choice for flower beds that require reliable, long-lasting performance.

Operational Advantages

The absence of fragrance is a specific functional feature: it makes the SKH01626 an ideal choice for indoor events, hospitality settings, and interior decoration where strong floral scents might be intrusive. By choosing genetics from Piet Schreurs Holding, growers gain access to a well-documented cultivation protocol that fits seamlessly into existing greenhouse management systems. Its performance in terms of stem strength and bud opening consistency allows for efficient scheduling of harvesting operations throughout the season.
