Rosa Paris 2000 is a tea-hybrid variety with very abundant flowering. In bud stage, the flowers have a rich salmon-pink hue, which becomes a soft pink as the petals open. The flowers are semi-double, with delicate, chiffon-like petals surrounding golden stamens, giving them a special elegance and attractiveness. The bush is strong and branched, ensuring good development and abundant flowering throughout the season. Petals retain their color and shape until the end of flowering and possess a strong sweet fragrance.
This variety is characterized by high resistance to diseases and cold hardiness, making it suitable for cultivation in areas with temperatures down to -23…-18°C (zone 6). For winter protection in regions with harsher winters, it is recommended to mound soil around the root collar and cover the bush with special material, using spruce branches to prevent moisture contact. The rose adapts well to climatic conditions and is healthy and resilient.
When planting Rosa Paris 2000, choose sunny or semi-shaded areas with good ventilation and a thermal regime ensuring a temperature not lower than +15°C for normal growth. For small bushes, plant plants at a distance of about 0.5 meters, while for larger specimens, leave a minimum of two meters between plants. Consider the bush's spread and the possibility of stem lignification, so it is better to plant low-growing plants or other flowers in the foreground. Care includes regular winter protection, especially in the first years, and providing optimal conditions for growth and flowering.
