M 9 dwarf rootstock – one of the most in-demand options for growing apple trees and other fruit trees. Due to its compact growth (not exceeding 2.5 m), the tree maintains high yield potential: on average, up to 35 kg of fruits can be harvested from a single tree as early as the second year after planting, with peak yields achieved in the third or fourth year. The fruits are characterized by large size, bright coloring, and rich sweet taste, making them particularly valuable for the food market.

The rootstock features a thin root system and a trunk thickness of 8–12 mm, with a length of about 70 cm. This allows for quick adaptation to soil and climatic conditions: in loose, fertile layers with abundant rainfall, the tree does not require deep rooting and can develop without additional intervention. Under harsher conditions, it is recommended to ensure irrigation, mulching around the trunk, and install a support to hold the crown during fruiting.
