Nastenka is a delicate chamomile with bright green leaves and small white flowers, harvested in medium-sized baskets. The plant reaches a height of almost 90 cm, and its growth is rapid – you can enjoy the harvest in just 56 days.
This chamomile is known for its healing properties: its essential oil contains about 0.8% and is rich in chamazulene (6.5%), making infusions and teas from it particularly beneficial. Thanks to its resistance to lodging and ease of cultivation, it is ideal for both a home garden and small commercial plantations.
Growing nastenka requires no special effort: the plant grows quickly, tolerates various climatic conditions well, and yields a good harvest of dry raw material – approximately 25 kg per hectare. This makes it an excellent choice for both fans of natural medicine and those who want to add a healthy product to their diet.
