The recommended sowing rate is 350-450 thousand/ha under sufficient moisture and 300-400 thousand/ha under unstable moisture, allowing optimization of sowing depending on climatic conditions. The Vestal CL hybrid has high resistance to adverse factors: drought resistance and lodging resistance are rated at level 9, winter hardiness — 8, and high resistance to diseases such as phoma, sclerotinia, and verticillium, with ratings from 7 to 8.
