Anastasija OR is a medium-early hybrid sunflower variety developed by the NS SEME Institute in Novi Sad for conventional cultivation technology. The vegetation period is 110-115 days, enabling the hybrid to successfully adapt to various climatic conditions. Plants reach a height of 170-180 cm and possess a strong, medium-deep root system, ensuring high drought resistance and stable yields even under challenging conditions. Seeds are black, medium-sized, available in Standard and Extra fractions, facilitating planting. The Anastasija hybrid exhibits high yield potential, exceeding 60 c/ha under favorable conditions. Oil content of the seeds ranges from 48-50%, and protein content is 20-22%, indicating high product quality. The flower head is slender, and the 1000-seed mass varies from 60 to 70 grams. Thanks to these characteristics, the hybrid ensures efficient oil production and high cultivation profitability. Special attention has been given to the hybrid's resistance to diseases and pests. Anastasija shows high resistance to false powdery mildew, fusarium, fusarium, rust, fire blight, and Alternaria, with resistance ratings of 8-9 points. Additionally, the hybrid is resistant to 7 races of Rhizoctonia (A-G), allowing successful cultivation on infested fields in various regions, including Donetsk, Luhansk, Kharkiv, Dnipro, and Zaporizhzhia oblasts. All these qualities make Anastasija a reliable choice for farmers aiming to achieve stable and high sunflower yields.
