Elvis is a winter type 00 rapeseed variety, characterized by early maturity and high oil content. It belongs to non-erucic acid and low glucosinolate varieties, making it valuable for the production of high-quality oil. The vegetative period is about 265-270 days, and oil content in seeds reaches 46-49%. The variety differs in early flowering time and high yield, which on average reaches 13.7 c/ha in recommended growing regions.
Elvis rapeseed has high winter hardiness and resistance to lodging and shattering, which ensures crop preservation and production stability. Moreover, the variety demonstrates immunity to diseases such as blackleg and sclerotinia, which significantly reduces the risk of losses during cultivation. Thanks to these qualities, Elvis is well adapted to various soil and climatic conditions, including the North Caucasus region and southern territories of Ukraine.
This rapeseed variety is suitable for seed sowing and can be successfully grown both early and later, thanks to its high growth rate and responsiveness to improved agronomic conditions. High oil content and stress tolerance make Elvis an optimal choice for farmers seeking a stable and high-quality harvest of an oilseed crop.
