Description Solis
Sunflower Solis is a medium-early simple hybrid with a vegetation period of 109-113 days and plant height ranging from 160 to 180 cm. The head of this hybrid is of medium thickness, and the root system is moderately deep, ensuring good plant development and resilience. The weight of 1000 seeds varies from 55 to 70 grams, and the shelling rate is 20-22%, facilitating harvest processing. A key feature is the high oil content — 48-50% — making this hybrid attractive for commercial cultivation.

Hybrid Solis has a high yield potential, reaching up to 55 centners per hectare, and can maintain a stable and high yield even under challenging growing conditions. It possesses genetic resistance to most common sunflower diseases, significantly reducing the risk of crop loss. Additionally, Solis is drought-tolerant, making it an optimal choice for regions with insufficient moisture levels.

The seed producer is the company Nertus, which supplies original seed material with a quality certificate for each batch. The recommended cultivation technology is Sumo, and it is noted to be resistant to the herbicide tribenuron-methyl (GriZnyi Ekspert 50 g/ha). The hybrid also demonstrates resistance to the pest A-G (7 races) of the sunflower moth, further enhancing its reliability and effectiveness in agronomic practice.
