Peony URALETS

The Peony variety Uralets features a double rose-type flower with a diameter of approximately 16-18 cm, exhibiting a light pink hue with a pearl or silver luster. The blooms have a hemispherical shape and a mild fragrance, making them attractive for decorative cultivation. The bushes are upright, ranging from 50 to 75 cm in height, with strong foliage and smooth, light-green leaves. The stems are sturdy and can support heavy flowers; however, support is recommended for the bush.

Blooming for the Uralets peony begins in mid-summer, around June 20, and lasts about 10-14 days, with mass flowering at the end of June. The flowers are resistant to fading and shedding, which extends their decorative effect. The variety is characterized by abundant flowering, with up to two flowers per stem.

The Uralets peony is noted for its high resistance to adverse weather conditions, diseases, and pests. It is drought-tolerant and heat-resistant, as well as having good winter hardiness, making it versatile for cultivation in the central region of Russia. Due to these qualities and decorative characteristics, the variety is popular among gardeners and is suitable for cutting, providing productivity of up to five flowers per bush.
