F1 Ant — a very early, parthenocarpic, bushy, horned hybrid of female flowering type, suitable for open ground, greenhouses, and tunnels. It begins fruiting on day 37-38 after emergence. Branching is limited (short lateral branches). 2-3 to 5-7 fruits form at each node. The higher the light intensity, the more fruits form. The fruits are large-ribbed, white-stemmed, 8-11 cm long, salt-tolerant, with excellent taste and canning qualities. Active fruit formation due to strong parthenocarpy occurs from the lowest nodes of the stem under practically any weather conditions. The hybrid is resistant to powdery mildew, olive spot, and ordinary cucumber mosaic virus, and tolerant to false powdery mildew.
Planting density in greenhouses: 2.5-3 plants/m2, in open ground: 3-5 plants/m2.
