Description DUCHESSE
Duchesse — a mid-early hybrid of bee-pollinated cucumber, suitable for cultivation both in greenhouses and open ground. The plant is indeterminate, medium-height, with moderate leafiness and predominantly female flowering. Leaves are medium-sized and light green. The bush forms a small number of lateral tendrils, facilitating care and promoting high yields.

The fruits of this hybrid are short, cylindrical, light green with short stripes and mottling, slightly ribbed and finely warty, covered with a dense white down. The average weight of green fruits ranges from 80 to 110 grams, length — 10–13 cm. The flesh is dense, juicy, and flavorful, making them versatile for use: cucumbers are suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for pickling, marinating, and canning.

The hybrid exhibits high resistance to olive spot, viral infections, bacterial diseases, and other cucumber diseases. Regular watering, soil loosening, and warm conditions are required for successful cultivation. Yield reaches 12–14 kg per square meter, with a marketable product output of 94–98%, making Duchesse a profitable and reliable choice for gardeners and farmers.
