Performance and Stability: The "Raduga" Flax Variety

Developed by the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Oil Crops (VNIIMK), the "Raduga" flax variety represents a strategic asset for commercial oilseed production. By combining advanced breeding techniques with a robust genetic background, this variety is engineered to provide stability in diverse farming environments.

Key Agronomic Metrics

• Maturation period: 85–100 days, ideal for standard agricultural rotation schedules.
• Plant structure: 70–80 cm height, facilitating efficient mechanized harvesting.
• Oil content: 38–44%, ensuring high industrial value for crushers and processors.
• Yield potential: 2.0–3.0 tons per hectare under optimal agronomic management.

A defining characteristic of "Raduga" is its high resistance to Fusarium wilt. This resistance is critical for protecting the crop from common pathogens, thereby stabilizing output and reducing the need for extensive chemical fungicide application. Its versatile nature allows it to serve both oil-crushing markets and other industrial applications, making it a reliable choice for farmers focusing on high-margin cash crops.

As a proprietary variety managed by the Voznesenskij branch of VNIIMK, "Raduga" guarantees genetic purity and consistent performance. This variety is designed for growers who prioritize a balance of biological durability and market-oriented productivity.
