The potato variety Beauty is an early-maturing table variety with a vegetation period of 65 to 75 days, allowing for harvest in mid-season. The plant is of medium height with semi-upright leaves of medium size and wavy edges of weak to moderate expression. Tubers are oval-round in shape with very small eyes, with skin having a reddish-brown tint and white flesh. The weight of marketable tubers ranges from 94 to 190 grams, making the variety suitable for various cooking methods. Starch content in tubers ranges from 10.8 to 14.9%, and the taste is rated as excellent.

The yield of the Beauty variety is high, ranging from 172 to 262 centners per hectare (17.2-26.2 tons per hectare), with maximum yields reaching 282 centners (28.2 tons) per hectare. Tubers have a marketability of 86-95% and storability of 95%, ensuring good storage quality. Yield on day 45 after emergence is 73-147 centners per hectare, and on day 55 — 165-212 centners per hectare, enabling early and subsequent harvests.

The Beauty variety exhibits high resistance to several diseases, including potato cancer pathogen and golden potato cyst nematode. It is also resistant to late blight, mosaic virus, and leaf curling. These characteristics make the variety attractive for both industrial and private farming, ensuring stable and high-quality yields.
