Rapidion

Rapidion — this is a very early cabbage hybrid developed by breeders of Seminis (Netherlands) for cultivation in plastic greenhouses and open fields. The maturation period is only 46-50 days after transplanting, allowing harvest significantly earlier than other varieties. The plant is compact and features strong, dark green protective leaves that provide reliable protection for heads and maintain their attractive appearance during transport.

Rapidion cabbage heads are round and distinguished by high internal density, which makes this hybrid stand out among early-maturing varieties. The average head weight is about 700 grams, with maximum weight reaching up to 1.5 kilograms. A distinctive feature of this hybrid is its very short head compared to other varieties in this category, making it convenient for transport and market sales.

Rapidion has high tolerance to cracking, which significantly improves the quality and preservation of the harvest.
