The cabbage variety PRIMAVERA is an early-maturing, high-quality variety with thin and tender leaves gathered into dense, snow-white heads of round shape. The period from full germination to technical maturity is 95 to 110 days, and from planting seedlings in the ground to harvest collection is 45–55 days. The leaf rosette is semi-lifted, with a diameter of 55–68 cm and a height of 21–28 cm, consisting of 16–21 small, rounded, short-stalked leaves with a slightly cut edge. The leaves are dark green in color with a bluish tint and have a medium-intensity waxy bloom.
The cabbage heads are dense, 15–17 cm high, with an average weight of 0.8 to 1.2 kg, with an outer green color and a bright white inner part. The cover leaves are smooth, without an anthocyanin bloom. The inner stalk reaches 6 cm, and the outer one is 8–10 cm. The variety has excellent taste qualities and is recommended for fresh consumption.
PRIMAVERA is resistant to low temperatures and responds well to watering after seedling planting. Seeds are sown for seedlings in early March, and seedlings are planted in open ground 45–50 days after sowing. Due to its characteristics and quality, this variety is excellent for implementation in new markets and cultivation in various climatic conditions.
