Formulation
Water-dispersible granules containing 700 g/kg imidacloprid.
Mode of action
Blocks transmission of nerve impulses at the level of postsynaptic membrane acetylcholine receptors.
Spectrum of activity
Broad-spectrum product, effective against Homoptera, Coleoptera, Lepidoptera and other pests.
Protective period
From 15 to 30 days, depending on pest species and weather conditions.
Speed of action
Effect is observed within the first hours after application.
Phytotoxicity
Not phytotoxic to crops at registered application rates.
Potential for resistance development
No cases of resistance development reported. However, to prevent resistance, rotate with insecticides from different chemical groups.
Compatibility
Confidor® Extra is compatible with most fungicides. However, in each specific case, check for chemical compatibility before use.
