Mode of action: The active ingredient — glyphosate — is an inhibitor of the enzymatic system responsible for the synthesis of aromatic amino acids necessary for plant metabolism. Glyphosate is absorbed by plants through the above-ground parts and actively distributed throughout all organs, including roots; upon contact with the soil, it breaks down into non-toxic compounds.

After application, plants die within 7-10 days. The first signs of herbicide effect appear within 2-4 days, initially as yellowing, followed by wilting of leaves. Main advantages of using the herbicide Vulkan Plus, v.p.: The new herbicide Vulkan Plus, v.p. with improved formulation exhibits several advantages over the previous non-selective systemic broad-spectrum herbicide and desiccant Vulkan, v.p.: well-balanced surfactant composition in the formulation of Vulkan Plus, v.p. allows for accelerated herbicide action by 1-2 days compared to traditional herbicides; water with a broader range of hardness can be used to prepare the working solution; the preparation is characterized by low foaming during preparation of the working solution, which allows its use via low-volume spraying, especially during aerial application; high efficiency against annual and perennial weeds. Use of the preparation on non-agricultural lands simplifies maintenance of territories while reducing labor and cost volumes; can be applied via ground and aerial spraying.
