Description Galian 240 EC
Selective contact herbicide for pre-emergence and early post-emergence application in onion and sunflower crops. The product is highly effective against a broad spectrum of annual broadleaf and grass weeds.

Characteristics

Formulation: concentrate emulsion
Active ingredient: oxyfluorfen, 240 g/L.

The product acts both through green plant parts when applied during vegetation and through the soil, where it forms a protective barrier. Galian disrupts cell membranes of target plants, leading to dehydration and death of weeds. Visual symptoms (chlorosis, necrosis) appear within 2-3 days after spraying of vegetative weeds. Weed seedlings in the soil die immediately upon contact with the product. Galian is non-systemic in plants.
