Intended use and mode of action

Tomigan® 250, EC — one of the most effective products against field bindweed. Tomigan® 250, EC — systemic herbicide of the auxin group. The product blocks the action of the plant growth hormone (auxin) and affects the growth processes of plant cells and overall growth processes of sensitive weed species.

Effect on other crops

Fluroxypyr, the active ingredient of the herbicide Tomigan® 250, EC, is rapidly degraded by soil microorganisms and therefore does not have phytotoxic carryover effects on subsequent crops in rotation.
