Starane 250 is a post-emergence systemic herbicide. It is available as an emulsion concentrate containing 250 g of fluroxypyr per liter of product.

Starane 250 is the most effective herbicide against field bindweed, field bindweed, pokeweed, starwort, sorrel on winter and spring cereals, onion and flax.
Starane 250 is non-phytotoxic to cereals and can be applied up to the tillering stage.
Starane 250 quickly penetrates weed leaves. If rain occurs within one hour after spraying, herbicide efficacy is not reduced.
Starane 250 can be applied during repeated emergence of field bindweed.
Starane 250 is also used in other countries on pastures against dandelion, horse sorrel, stinging nettle, blackberry, loosestrife, burdock, hops, and horsetail. To broaden its spectrum of action, Starane 250 is mixed with 2,4-D, 2M-4X, Lontrel, and liquid fertilizers. Depending on the partner, the dosage of Starane 250 can be reduced by 20%.

Starane 250 provides exceptional efficacy against field bindweed in all growth stages, starwort, various species of docks, forget-me-nots, pokeweed, sorrel, stinging nettle, self-seeded sunflower, dandelion, vervain, and wormwood; field bindweed (at maximum dosage).
Dosage and application recommendations.
Cereals:
Starane 250 is applied during active weed growth. The herbicide is non-phytotoxic to all cereal crops and can be used from tillering to heading stage.
Application of Starane in later crop growth stages is conducted when the second wave of field bindweed and field bindweed appears.
Herbicide dosage — 0.5–0.7 L/ha depending on weed growth stage and infestation level.
Working liquid dosage — 300–400 L/ha.
Aerial application is permitted.
Onion:
Starane 250 is recommended for application when onion height is 15–20 cm against field bindweed, field bindweed, pokeweed, starwort, knotweed, forget-me-nots, stinging nettle, field bindweed, and other species of docks, sorrel.
Herbicide dosage — 0.5–0.7 L/ha, working liquid — 300–400 L/ha.
Application is not recommended if rain has occurred or is expected in the near future.
Flax:
Starane 250 is applied to flax at the 4–6 true leaf stage against field bindweed, field bindweed, and other weeds.
