Gladiolus MOSCOW 850

Gladiolus of the Moscow-850 variety is a powerful and tall plant, reaching over 2 meters in height. This variety is distinguished by large inflorescences 70-80 cm long, on which up to 32 buds are located, making it especially attractive for cutting and exhibitions. The stem is sturdy, ensuring reliable support for a large number of flowers.

The flowers of the Gladiolus Moscow-850 have a bright scarlet-red color with barely noticeable coral shades, while the lower petal is painted more intensely, giving the flower expressiveness and color depth. The petals have a silky-waxy texture with light ruching, adding elegance and grace to the flowers. The inflorescence is double-row and quite dense, creating an effective and harmonious appearance.

The Moscow-850 variety was created by breeder Vyacheslav Andreevich Lobaznov and is dedicated to the 850th anniversary of the city of Moscow. Thanks to its decorative qualities, high resistance, and impressive appearance, this gladiolus is popular among floriculturists and lovers of beautiful cut flowers.
