Post-emergence herbicide for effective control of a broad spectrum of broadleaf weeds in cereal crop fields.
Spectrum of action
Granic, 75% a.s. controls a wide spectrum of weeds, including those resistant to 2,4-D. The product is selective on wheat, barley, and rye from the 2-leaf stage up to the flag leaf emergence. Most effective in the 3-leaf stage up to the first internode (corresponds to weed development stages 3 to 6 leaves). The herbicide stops cell division in sensitive weeds, causing their growth to stop within several hours after application. Visible symptoms appear on day 5–8, and weed death occurs within 10–25 days.
Application features
Due to the rapid degradation of the product in soil, Granic, 75% a.s. has no restrictions for subsequent crop planting, especially winter rapeseed. When applied according to recommendations, residues in grain and straw are absent. Temperature range for application: +5° C to +25° C.
Granic, 75% a.s. is a reliable helper during cold and prolonged spring. Controls key perennial weeds in cereal fields, particularly pink clover. When applied to plants, it penetrates through leaves to roots. Since Granic, 75% a.s. is absorbed by leaves, it should be used when all weeds have emerged and are well developed. The best control period for pink clover is during the rosette stage — early stem elongation.
Advantages
effectiveness against a broad spectrum of weeds, especially such as clover, common ragwort, etc., wide application window — from 2-leaf emergence to flag leaf emergence, low application rate (15–25 g/ha), ensuring ease and convenience of use, effective from +5° C, rapid action: weed growth stops within 2–3 hours, death occurs within 2–3 weeks, compatible with most pesticides, allowing use in integrated protection, rain falling 3 hours after application does not reduce efficacy of the product
