The cucumber VELES is a fast-maturing parthenocarpic female-type hybrid, distinguished by high yield and excellent taste qualities. Due to parthenocarpy, plants form fruits independently without the need for pollination, ensuring the absence of seeds inside the cucumbers. This makes this variety ideal for cultivation in greenhouses where insect pollinators are absent. Fruits are typically oval-shaped, 8 to 10 cm long, weighing about 100 g, with large bumps and white spines, giving them an attractive appearance and ease of use.

VELES plants are characterized by tall, branched stems, which contribute to abundant fruiting and uniform harvest. The variety exhibits disease resistance, simplifying care and reducing the risk of losses. Due to its qualities, the cucumber is suitable for both fresh consumption and preservation and pickling, making it a versatile choice for gardeners and farmers.
