PROLETARIAN

Cucumber PROLETARIAN is a fast-maturing parthenocarpic hybrid with female flowering, beginning fruiting 47-50 days after germination. This hybrid is suitable for cultivation both in protected ground and in open ground under temporary film coverings. Seedlings should be sown at the end of April, and transplanted into the ground at the end of May or beginning of June, when plants reach the 3-4 true leaf stage. Direct sowing into the ground is also possible at the end of May, with a planting scheme of 50x50 cm.

The fruits of cucumber PROLETARIAN are 10-13 cm long and weigh 100-110 grams. They are bumpy, dark green, bursy, free of bitterness, and have a pleasant aroma. The fruits exhibit good storability and transportability, making them convenient for storage and transportation. Two to three fruits form in the leaf axils, contributing to high yield — one plant can produce 5.5 to 6.5 kg of fruit.

Hybrid PROLETARIAN is resistant to major cucumber diseases and tolerates adverse growing conditions, including sharp temperature and humidity fluctuations. Its versatile use allows for fresh consumption, preservation, and various culinary applications, making this variety attractive to gardeners and farmers.
