Description Hermina
Hermina — early parthenocarpic cucumber hybrid with multi-fruit effect, suitable for cultivation in open and protected ground. This variety is suitable for all cucumber-growing zones and can be successfully grown on trellises in shelters, where the plant produces more fruits per node. Due to its characteristics, Hermina is widely used for fresh market, processing, pickling, and preservation.

Hermina fruits have dark green color with slightly ribbed surface and cylindrical shape. The fruit length-to-width ratio is 3.6:1, ensuring attractive market appearance. Genetically, cucumbers of this variety are not bitter, making them especially valuable for consumers. Medium-height plants with almost exclusively female flowers contribute to high yield and fruit quality.

The variety is distinguished by high resistance to major cucumber diseases such as cladosporiosis, powdery mildew, cucumber mosaic virus, and vascular yellows. These properties ensure stable and reliable production even under adverse climatic conditions. Hermina seeds are produced in the Czech Republic, guaranteeing high quality and compliance with international standards.
