Description
Proscore — ultra-early parthenocarpic cucumber hybrid, specially developed for producing a high percentage of pickles and cornichons 3 to 9 cm long. This hybrid is suitable for both open-field and protected cultivation, ensuring its versatility. Due to its early maturity and high yield, Proscore is one of the most profitable hybrids for canning and processing.
Proscore fruits are characterized by uniformity, high standardization, and evenness across grades, which is especially important for industrial use. The fruit length-to-diameter ratio is 1:3.15, and the dark green coloration along with excellent external and internal quality make this hybrid ideal for pickling and processing. The high fruit quality ensures an attractive appearance and superior taste of the finished product.
The hybrid exhibits resistance to major cucumber diseases, such as Px, CCU, and CMV, reducing the risk of crop losses and minimizing the need for chemical protection. This makes Proscore a reliable choice for farmers focused on producing high-quality, competitive products for the canning market.
