Maize V 5599 Z

Corn V 5599 Z is a high-yielding hybrid that requires proper planting techniques to achieve maximum productivity. The optimal planting density is 60-80 thousand plants per hectare, with seed planting depth of 4-5 cm. These parameters promote the development of a strong root system, enhance plant resistance to adverse conditions, and ensure efficient use of soil resources. Depending on soil type — sandy, clay, or loamy — as well as climatic conditions, it is recommended to adapt the planting technology to achieve optimal results.

The hybrid has a medium-early maturity period with a vegetation period of approximately 76-78 days. Plants are compact, reaching up to 190 cm in height, with abundant foliage, which promotes good photosynthesis and growth. Each plant forms two ears with synchronized maturity, significantly increasing overall crop productivity. The ears have a cylindrical shape, 22-23 cm long and 5-5.1 cm in diameter, filled with white, uniform kernels arranged in 16-18 rows, which retain juiciness and tenderness even after thermal processing.

Corn V 5599 Z is distinguished by high stress resistance and resilience, allowing cultivation both with and without irrigation, as well as under plastic covers using seedling methods. The hybrid is sensitive to cross-pollination and overcrowding, so it is essential to follow agronomic recommendations to maintain quality and taste characteristics of the grain. Thanks to its pleasant sweet flavor and juicy texture, this corn is widely used for commercial purposes as well as in culinary applications.
