RGT LANXXAM corn is a mid-early maturity grain-type hybrid with FAO 270, characterized by high yield potential and resistance to adverse conditions. This hybrid has been successfully tested in various regions of Ukraine since 2021, showing yields ranging from 93 to 145 c/ha, indicating its adaptability and stability. The plant exhibits high growth energy in early vegetative stages, ensuring rapid transition from seedling to mature plant. The corn is of medium height, with dent kernels, and its strong stalk and well-developed root system guarantee reliable growth and prevent lodging at all growth stages.
RGT LANXXAM possesses high drought resistance, ranking among the best in its class, as well as low sensitivity to spring cold. The hybrid is resistant to Fusarium stalk and ear pathogens, enhancing its reliability under various climatic conditions. It is adapted for cultivation on soils with minimal or no prior preparation, making it suitable for modern farming technologies. Recommended sowing dates vary from early to late optimal dates, allowing flexible planning of agronomic operations.
To achieve maximum productivity, it is recommended to maintain optimal planting density, which varies by cultivation zone: in adequately watered zones — 75-95 thousand plants per hectare, in moderately watered zones — 65-95 thousand/ha, and in drought-prone areas — 45-95 thousand/ha. The hybrid is suitable for cultivation in various climatic zones of Ukraine, including Polissia, Forest Steppe, and Steppe, confirming its versatility and adaptability.
