The DKC3400 hybrid sweet corn belongs to the mid-early maturity group with FAO 240 and is characterized by high yield potential. It has high initial growth energy, promoting rapid plant development and enabling successful cultivation on all soil types by mechanical composition. The recommended planting density at harvest is 75-80 thousand plants per hectare, whether under sufficient or unstable moisture conditions. Soil temperature for planting should not be lower than 8°C, ensuring optimal seed germination.

DKC3400 exhibits high resistance to adverse environmental factors, including drought tolerance and cold resistance, as well as good water drainage. The hybrid shows stability and adaptability, allowing it to thrive in monoculture and short-term crop rotations. It is recommended for grain use, has a dent kernel type, and responds well to intensified mineral nutrition, which contributes to higher yields.

Special attention has been given to the hybrid's disease resistance: DKC3400 has high resistance to stalk and ear fusarium, significantly reducing yield losses.
